This is a DIGITAL PRODUCT ONLY. No physical item will be shipped.

Your purchase includes:

• Typeable OTF font file
• PNG alphabet files
• A–Z uppercase letters
• High-resolution 300 DPI files

ALPHA SETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure their program/software is compatible with OTF font files before purchasing. Caplinger Creations is not responsible for software or program incompatibility.

PNG files are included for customers who cannot use the OTF file.

By purchasing, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use.

ALLOWED USE

You MAY use this alpha set for:

1. Personal projects
2. Small business commercial use
3. Finished physical products such as shirts, tumblers, transfers, mugs, signs, bags, etc.
4. Completed digital designs for resale
5. Adding letters/words created with the alpha into your own finished digital design, provided additional design elements are added and the alpha itself is not the main standalone product

For digital resale, your finished design MUST be sold as a completed, flattened design. Customers should not be able to extract, isolate, or access the original alpha letters/files from your finished product.

DIGITAL DESIGN USE

You MAY create words, names, sayings, or lettering with this alpha and incorporate them into your own digital designs for resale.

However:

• You may NOT simply type out a word/name and sell it by itself as a digital file.
• You must add additional creative elements to create a completed design.
• You may NOT sell alphabet sheets, individual letters, monograms, name sets, or word files that allow another customer to essentially obtain the alpha without purchasing it.
• Files must be flattened before digital resale.

COLOR CHANGES

Color changes are NOT permitted unless the individual listing specifically states that recoloring is allowed.

This includes recoloring the alpha itself, its patterns, textures, outlines, shadows, decorative elements, or individual layers.

If a listing states that the alpha is recolorable, you may recolor it according to the permissions provided in that specific listing.

NOT ALLOWED

You MAY NOT:

1. Resell the original alpha files in whole or in part
2. Resell individual PNG letters
3. Resell words or names created only from the alpha with no additional design elements
4. Share, gift, trade, transfer, or distribute the files
5. Upload the original alpha files to shared drives, groups, memberships, file-sharing services, or downloadable libraries
6. Claim the alpha artwork or lettering as your own
7. Use my files as a base to recreate, trace, redraw, or produce a competing alpha/font
8. Extract elements from my files for resale as separate digital elements
9. Recolor the files unless the listing specifically allows it
10. Sell editable or layered files that contain my original alpha elements in an extractable form

Purchasing and modifying a file does not transfer ownership of the original artwork or intellectual property.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please make sure you understand how to use the file types included and that your software is compatible before purchasing.
