Where do you ship to?
Gummi bears dessert carrot cake soufflé powder. Cupcake bear claw dessert toffee icing. Candy canes cake gummies chocolate gummi bears oat cake toffee biscuit chocolate. Jujubes sugar plum tart bonbon muffin candy canes sweet dessert.
Turn Around Time (TAT)
All orders have a 14-21 business day TAT. This does not include weekends or holidays. Although we typically get products to our customers sooner, we set this TAT to ensure any delays that may arise. If you need an item sooner, contact us and we can see what we can do to help.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking code. If you need the status of your order and have not received a tracking number yet, send us a message. We try to respond within 24 hours.

How do I return an item?
Since all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns. If sellers' fault, such as wrong color, font, or item. We will remake your item at no cost to you. You have 7 days to notify us. If there is a defect in the material (not image) such as balling up after wash, shrinking, or fading of the material. These are manufacture defects an out of our control. We ensure the quality of each item prior to pressing the image to ensure satisfaction. All custom items go through steps to ensure customer satisfaction therefore no refunds or remaking of custom items.
