All files are digital only.
No physical items or finished products will be shipped.

Buyers are responsible for downloading all files by the end of the purchase month. The seller does not plan to maintain or provide Google Drive access indefinitely.

Please ensure your software is compatible before purchasing. Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final.

Important Notes

• Collabs, customs, and solo bundles will not be added

• Vault items and Alpha Sets will not be added

• Digital files may not be resold or modified
  (Please contact the seller for any requested changes)

• Drive access may not be shared

• Watermarks are required on all mockups

• Drive access may be removed if terms are not followed

• No transfer license is required

• Most files use universal colors due to the large mascot list

• Use files at your own risk

Mascot Information

• Mascot names are added after purchase

• The designer does not go back and add mascots to previously released designs for that month

• You may use the Rework Form located in the current Drive to have name changes made to designs for a $3 fee each 

• YES — all mascots (not just the names you provide) are included in the Drive
  (This is the most frequently asked question 🙂)

Permitted Use

You may:

1. Use files for personal use

2. Use files for small business use on finished products

3. Sell physical products and transfers

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

1. Resell or redistribute files in digital format, in whole or in part

2. Reuse files to create digital files for resale

3. Share, sell, or transfer files—edited or unedited

4. Claim the files or designs as your own
   (All files and derivative designs remain the seller’s intellectual property)
